Paul is a modern CEO, motivated and energized by breaking tradition in an industry that is at an inflection point. As U.S. Chairman and CEO, Paul leads the three core creative networks within Havas in the U.S. – Havas, Arnold and Annex, as well as several key specialty offerings throughout North America. His current focus is on establishing Havas North America as the most meaningful partner to the modern CMO and energizing the Vivendi x Havas network.

Before taking on his current role, Paul’s first task was to lead the Havas data/CRM practice in North America, helia. Due to his success, Paul was named CEO of Havas Chicago, transforming the office into what has now become an inspiration for the Havas Village model globally. During his time leading the Chicago office, Paul also co-founded the global culture and entertainment network of Vivendi x Havas, The Annex. The Annex currently operates in five global locations working with brands like Adidas, Coca-Cola and L’Oreal.

Paul is passionate about giving back and helping kids in crisis. Paul has led the agency through numerous charitable activations. His efforts are focused on lifting up inner-city Chicago youth with board memberships at Inner-City Education Program (a Chicago Blackhawks Charity) and Off The Street Club on Chicago’s West Side.

He was named the Best and Brightest Strategist of the Year twice by Advertising Age and led multiple agencies to Agency of The Year honors. When not in a conference room or airport, you can find Paul on the ice playing hockey.
